City Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: Inspections have been made of the two family dwelling at 481 Iglehart Avenue, Saint Paul 3, described also as Lot 20, Block 20, Mackubin & Marshallns Addition to Saint Paul. This is a two family dwelling, approximately 84 by 30 feet, one story in height. It is open to vagrants, a fire menace, windows are roken., the interior'and exterior are in dilap- idated condition. It should be wrecked and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record own- er is Rose E. Flood, 1590 Wellesley Avenue, Saint Paul 5. It is recommended that a hearing be set by the Council in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, which outlines condemnation procedure.
