RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the construction of
partitions
a root cellar and installing interior wood pertieae and flooring at the City-
County Workhouse, 297 South Century Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to KARL
DEDOLPH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications
and the Formal Bid #9449 of said Karl Dedolph Construction Company for the
contract price of $18,461.00, such bid being the lowest and said Karl Dedolph
Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.

RESOLVED That the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners concurs with
the action of the Detention and Corrections Authority of the City of St. Paul
and the County of Ramsey on January 17, 1964, and approves Change Order No. 1
to the contract With Karl Dedolph Construction Company for construction of a
root cellar at the City- County Workhouse, 3aid'Change order No. 1 providing
for installation of an exhaust fan, increasing'the said contract by $300.00
from $18,461.00 to $18,761.00.
