A deterntinauon was tnade by HR that the classification to the Non- Represented City Managers at a salary schedule grade level of 19 was appropriate. Advanpges If Approved: The Human Resources organizational structure will be properly structured to manage the work being compieted. The individuals in this classification will be able to perfoim the duties and responsibiliries of the classificarion and will be appropriately compensated. Disadvantages If Approved: None. Disadvantages If Not Approved: Duries and responsibilities woutd need to be absorbed by current employees. The result would be delays in work and services completed by current employees.
