RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the installation of new
asphalt shingle roof at Phalen Golf Club House, located at Lake Phalen, Saint
Paul, Minnesota to U. S. ROOFING & SIDING COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9460 of said U.S.
Roofing & Siding Company for the contract price of $2,196.00, such bid being
the - Rawest and said U. S. Roofing & Siding Company being a reasonable and
reliable bidder, and the Corporation Caansel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said
