RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the proper funds of
the City of Saint Paul $1,325.00 as follows: the sum of
$662.50 to Ruth Reid, individually, and $662.50 to Ruth
Reid and Edward S. Reid, as executors of the Estate of
Harold S. Reid, deceased, upon their delivery of grants of
easement, approved by the Corporation Counsel, on part of
the NE � of Section 10, Township 28 N, Range 23 W, from
August 15, 1963 to February 15, 1965, such easement being
for the purpose�of facilitating construction of a bridge
on Lexington Parkway south over the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific railroad tracks.
