WHEREAS, In connection with repairing the existing retaining
walls on Trunk Highway No. 52 on'So. Robert Street from
Concord Street to Stevens Street, and
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota
have entered into an extra- ordinary maintenance Agree-
ment No. 1032 regarding this project, now therefore be
it,
RESOLVED, That this project to be completed by City Forces
at an estimated cost of $15,000.00 including Engineering
costs and this amount to be charged to the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001 and this same fund
to be reimbursed from the Minnesota Highway Department
under extra - ordinary maintenance Agreement No. 1032.
