PUBLISHED
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, as
provided in Sec. 1.07,par. 2, St. Paul Legislative Code,
at ten o'clock A.M; on October 11, 1963, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the single family dwelling and shed
on Lot 4, Block 7, Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewsters Addi-
tion to the City of Saint Paul in Ramsey County, and State of
Minnesota, according to the plat thereof recorded in the of-
fice of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also known as No. 634 Capitol Boulevard, because said structure
is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and ad-
joining property.

Gentlemen:
This Department has completed an inspection of the single fam-
ily dwelling and shed at 634 Capitol Boulevard, Saint Paul 3
also known as
Lot 4, Block 7, Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewster's Addi-
tion to City of Saint Paul and State of Minnesota.
The dwelling is one story frame 39 by 34 by 16 and the shed
is 10 by 12. Both are very dilapidated, filled with junk and
debris`. The roof., siding and trim have rotted beyond repair
and the dwelling is unfit for human habitation. Both buildings
are unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property
and should be wrecked and removed.
Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record own-
er is Wallace J•. Self, 634 Capitol 'Boulevard, Saint Paul 3.
A hearing in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code governing condemnations is requested.
