Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: This Department has completed an inspection of the single fam- ily dwelling and shed at 634 Capitol Boulevard, Saint Paul 3 also known as Lot 4, Block 7, Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewster's Addi- tion to City of Saint Paul and State of Minnesota. The dwelling is one story frame 39 by 34 by 16 and the shed is 10 by 12. Both are very dilapidated, filled with junk and debris`. The roof., siding and trim have rotted beyond repair and the dwelling is unfit for human habitation. Both buildings are unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record own- er is Wallace J•.
