Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
There is a single family dwelling and garage at 196 East
Minnehaha Avenue on the East One Half of Lot 9, Block 1,
Ashton And Sherburne's Addition.
This is a two story frame dwelling 42 by 22 by 24., open
to vandals. The trim, windows, doors and cornice are very
deteriorated and rotted, floors are warped, plaster is poor,
junk strewn about. The garage and dwelling are dilapidated
beyond reasonable repair and should be wrecked and removed.
Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record
owner is Scholasticia White, Box 617, Lake Comfort, Wyoming,
Minnesota.
Kindly set a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07
-2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, which section out-
lines condemnation procedure.
Yours truly,
Alf d H. Schroeder
