RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by ^aria
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, as
provided in Sec. 1.07, par. 2, St. Paul Legislative Code,
at ten o'clock A.M., on October 11, 1963, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the single family dwelling on the
south 120 feet of Lot 19 and the south 120 feet of East 1/2
of Lot 18, all in Block 7, Mackubin and Marshall's addition to
Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also known as No. 425 West Central Avenue, because said
structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life,
limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
There is a single family dwelling at 425 West Central Avenue,
Saint Paul 3, on property described as
South 120 feet of Lot 19 and the South 120 feet of East
1/2 of Lot 18, all in Block 7, Mackubin And Marshall's
Addition to Saint Paul.
This building is one and one half stories, frame, and vacant.
Window frames are broken, the interior walls have been smash-
ed and damaged by vandals, and sanitary facilities and elec-
tric wiring are below standard. This dwelling is dangerous
to life, limb, and adjoining property and should be wrecked
and removed.
The last known record owners are: Ivy Edmondson and George
Stringham, 425 West Central Avenue, Saint Paul 3. We have al-
so been writing to William Fallon, Attorney, 620 Commerce
Building, Saint Paul 1.
I will appreciate it if you will set a hearing date in accord-
ance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
which sets forth condemnation proceedings.
