Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: Inspections have been made of the single family dwelling and garage at 190 East Minnehaha Avenue, Saint Paul 1, described as West One Half of Lot 9, Block 1, Ashton & Sherburne's Addi- tion. This is a one and one half story dwelling 40 by 24 by 20, very dilapidated. Windows and trim rotted. No sanitary facilities and interior is very run down, f1bors are uneven, oil stove heat. The dwelling is unfit for human habitation and should be wrecked and removed, as well as the garage and outdoor toi- let. Danger Notices have been posted and the last known owner is the State of Minnesota. Previous owner was Packard J. Harring- ton and Bernice L dberg,_c /o Wm.4B. Lidberg, Swift & Company, South St. Paul. Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. Yours truly, Alfr H.
