07-1161S�spc�o,•w. it -s-o} Council File # 07-1161 Green Sheet # '3py"}�('� RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA 2 3 4 5 6 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 Presented By WHEREAS, the City, in Council File No. 03-56, adopted on February 19, 2003 and approved on February 26, 2003, duly vacated certain public lands commonly known as NorPac Road which is located in the general area northeast of 7ackson Street and Maryland Avenue as more fully described in the said Council File and the e�ibits attached thereto; and WHEREAS, the said vacation was subject to certain specified retained easements as well as other conditions including, specifically, a condition, that the City may, at its option and in its judgment, acquire all or part of the said vacated parcel for public park purposes within a certain time and at a designated price as specified in Council File No. 03-56; and WHEREAS, the said parcel was duly vacated and subsequently sold to the highest bidder under City/County RFP No. 23481-3 as authorized in Council File No. 03-452, adopted on July 9, 2003 and approved on July 11, 2003; and WHEREAS, the division of parks and recreation has determined that the said parcel is now needed for public park purposes and the division desires that the necessary steps needed to acquire the said parcel be initiated as soon as possible in order to comply with the conditions set forth in Council File No. 03-56; and WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Port Authority, pursuant to its authority under Minn.
