Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fix]ng Time of Dearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a public sanitary sewer in PROSPERITY ROAD FROM Idaho Avenue to 90 feet
southerly of Larpenteur Avenue as measured along the west line of Prolsprrity Road
under Preliminary Order 196545 , approved April 5, 1960
Intermediary Order 201933 , approved May 2, 1961
Final Order 00")Al R , approved June 29; 1961
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respect's approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the '16-Ch
day of October., 196'1 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
