RESOLVED, That the use of the Arena Section of the Saint
Paul Auditorium be given the Women's Institute of Saint Paul
on the following dates: October 2, November 6, December 3,
1963, January 8, April 24, May 19, 1964, upon payment of the
cost of opening and operating on said dates, not to exceed
$4200.00, and any costs in excess of said sum shall be taken
from Auditori�dm. Fund 1021.
RESOLVED, FURTHER That in the event of the Women's
Institute furnishing attendant service for said programs,
said Institute shall receive a credit of $150 per day and shall
pay only for attendant service actually used.
