WHEREAS, in connection with the Grading and Surfacing
of Wheeler Street from Thomas'Avenue to 341.4 ft. South of
Thomas Avenue, certain track changes were necessary and,
WHEREAS, on April 17, 1963, C. F. No. 212260 was passed,
which authorized the City of St. Paul to pay to the Minnesota
Transfer Railway Company its costs in connection with Wheeler
Street grade change and grading in the area where Wheeler St.
crosses the Company's tracks north of,University Avenue, now
therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the cost of these track changes in the
amount of $1, 66.55 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 3001, Comptroller's Contract L- 6503 -A
and this same fund to be reimbursed from the 1963 City's
share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 31 E -1.
