RESOLVED, That the proposed amendment of that-'----'---- `y certain subsisting contract dated the 21st day of May, 19639 by and between William Segal, doing business as !° William Segal Wholesale Grocery Company, therein designated the Contractor and the City of Saint Paul, therein designated the City, whereunder and whereby provision was made for the sale and delivery of approximate quantities of cigarettes, candy bars, cough drops, gum, and salted peanuts, by the Contractor to the City, effective as of the date of said contract, to the end that thereby there shall be stricken therefrom any and all provisions therein for the sale or delivery by said Contractor to said City of any such goods, wares or merchandise at the "Highland Pool" or relating to the exhibition for sale or sale of any such goods, wares or merchandise at said "Highland Pool "; and that such amend- ment shall be made by virtue of appropriate amendatory Rider to said contract executed by said Contractor and said City, approved by the Corporation- Counsel, and bearing the endorsed assent of said Contractor's surety.
