RESOLVED, by the, Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
that certain Resolution of the-Council, Council File No. 214547,
adopted and approved September 3, 1963, be and the same is hereby
amended by deleting paragraph numbered 2 therein and substituting
in lieu and in place thereof the following language:
"2. That if said property is taken by the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority or any other governmental-agency
for public purposes, before September 3, 1966, any building
or structure constructed thereon shall not be considered
a part of the real estate for the purpose of determining
damages."
