An ordinance settling the claim of
Texaco, Inc. against the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out•of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Texaco, Inc., the sum of $153.50 in full settlement of its

claim for damages to its vehicle sustained on July 19, 1963,
while it was driven by John William Bailey, on Montreal Avenue
about 10 feet north of West Seventh Street in Saint Paul, and
was struck by a City vehicle driven by Leonard A. Carlson.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant
upon its execution and Alivery of a release in.full to said
City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for
all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.

An ordinance settling the claim of
Texaco, Inc. against the City of Saint Paul*
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Texaco, Inc., the sum of $15300 in full settlement of its
claim for damages to its vehicle sustained on July 19, 19639
while it was driven by John William Bailey, on Montreal Avenue
about 10 feet north of West Seventh Street in Saint Paul, and
was struck by a City vehicle driven by Leonard A. Carlson.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant
upon its execution and delivery of a release in full to said
City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for
all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
