214647Resolution of Council Approving Assessment and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses For constructing public sanitary sewers in Morningside Drive from a point 150 feet south of Upper Afton Road to Eastview Avenue know known as Edgebrook Ave.); in Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook Ave.) from a point 30 feet west of McKnight Road to Winthrop Street; and in Winthrop Street from a point 40 feet south of Upper Afton Road to Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook Ave.). Also constructing a sanitary sewage pumping station in an easement on the West side of Winthrop Street at the intersection with Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook Ave.). Also constructing a sanitary sewage force main from the abn­e �Iescribed pump station east along Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook Ave.),from Winthrop Street to Morningside Drive; also across an easement near the southeast.lines of Lot 21 and Lot 12, Block 4, Afton heights Addition, from Morningside Drive to the existing sewer in Kipling Street. Also construct public storm sewer in Kipling Street from Dellridge Avenue to Longfellow Avenue; in Longfellow Avenue from Kipling Street to Morningside Drive, in Morningside Drive from Longfellow Avenue to Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook Ave.), in Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook Ave.) from a point-545 feet west of McKnight Road to Winthrop Street; in Winthrop Street from a point 590 feet south of Upper Afton Road to the south line of Section 2, Township 28, Range 22; and in Winthrop Street, extended from the south line of Section 2, Township 28, Range 22, south approximately 275 feet to an existing creek running through the NE-j of Section 11, Township 28, Range 22; all of which is to be known as the AFTON HEIGHTS ADDITION SEWER SYSTEM give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof,. and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
