Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing new concrete curb on the south side of Belvidere St. from Hall Ave. to
the east line of Lot l+, Corrected Plat of Auditor's Subdivision of N- of Lots 9,
10 and 11, Bidwell's Addition to West St. Paul .
under Preliminary Order, 20o654 , approved February 1, 1961
Intermediary Order 202566 , approved June 13. 1961
Final Order 202929 , approved July 11, 1961
The assessment of benefits., costs and expenses L___for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED; That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the Ninth
day of October, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
