RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the action of the Board
of Water Commissioners set forth in its resolution approved the 6th day of
September 1963, a certified copy whereof is annexed hereto and by this resolution
incorporated herein the same as if set forth herein verbatim, shall be and hereby
is approved and ratified in all things, and that said Board shall-be and hereby
is authorized to pay the sum of $200.00 consideration for Lot 9 in Block 5 of
St. Aubin and Dion's Rice Street Addition to the City of St. Paul upon the delivery
of Warranty Deed conveying good and sufficient title to said Lot 9 to the Board,
said sum to be paid out of the Water Fund 23.

be accepted And that the suss of $200.00 consideration be paid unto the owner of
said certain laude upol the delivery to the Board of a 'Parranty need conveying
good title thereto to the Board, provided, hawaver, that this action of the
Board of Water Coaaisatoners first be approved and ratified by the hsanorabld
City Council.
