and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises des-
cribed as Lots 7 and 8, Block 24, Mackubin and Marshall's Addition
to Saint Paul, according-to the recorded plat thereof in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as
588 Rondo Avenue, and wreck and remove the two story building thereon,
and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of
life, limb and adjoining property.

authorizing and directing the Comsr. of Parks & Recreation & Public
Bldgs. to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the condemned
two -story building at 588 Rondo Ave., as more fully described in the
attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
Under date of July 1, 1963 a printed copy of Council File No.
213561 was mailed to Rhodalphus Ellis, 616 Carroll Avenue,
Saint Paul 3, which resolution directed the wrecking and re-
moval of the two story building on Lots 7 and 8, Block 24,
Mackubin <Pd Marshall's (Mdition to Saint Paul, also known
as 588 Rondo Avenue." a
Satisfactory plans for the reconstruction, repair or rehabili-
tation of the building have not been submitted. No appeal
has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the con-
demnation proceedings and the structure has not been removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will auth-
orize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public
Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the
structure thereon, and to do any and all things therein neces
sary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
