of Macalester Park, according to the recorded plat thereof in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota also known
as 1799, Lincoln Avenue , and wreck and remove the two and ore half
story frame dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

authorizing and directing the Comsr. of Parks & Recreation & Public
Bldgs. to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the condemned
two and one -half story frame dwelling at 1799 Lincoln Ave., as more
fully described in the attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
Under date of August 12, 1963, a printed copy of Council
File No. 214272 was mailed to Stephen R. and Mary M. Grevich
at 1799 Lincoln Avenue and W -6915 Dispatch, which resolution
directed the wrecking and removal of the two and one half
story frame dwelling on Lot 19,. Block 4, Elmer & Morrison's
rearrangement of (J%rt of Macalester Park, as•published in
the official papel.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property.
