Harris, 447 Carroll Avenue and Daisy Lucas Gilmore, 736 Faller Avenue, Saint Paul at their last known addresses, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the one and one half story frame single family dwelling on property described as Except North 42.84 feet, Lot 29, Block 17, Mackubin.& Marshall's (ldition to Saint Paul, -also known as 447 Carroll Avenue,aas published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Pub- lic Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the structure thereon, and iD do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining prop- erty.
