and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises des- -
cribed as Lot 20, Block 18, Mackubin and Marshall's Addition to Saint
Paul, according to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as
423 Carroll Avenue, and wreck and remove the one story single family
dwelling thereon, and to do. any and all things therein necessary fnr
the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of August 13, 1963 a printed copy of Council
File No. 214225 was mailed to I. S. Friedman, 443 Ashland
Avenue, Apt. 308, Saint Paul 2; Ernest C. & Thelma Collins,
423% Carroll Ave., Saint Paul 2; and Thelma Carroll, c/o
Roland Carroll, 970 Aurora Avenue, St. Paul 4. This reso-
lution directed the wrecking and removal of, the one story
single family dwelling at 423 Carroll Avenue on Lot 20,
Block 18, Mackubin Marshall's Addition to Saint Paul.

No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property.
