COUNCIL RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSION
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Musicians Association and the
Department of Libraries, Auditorium, and Civic Buildings, be granted the
use of the Municipal Stadium for the joint presentation of�a concert, open
to the public without charge, entitled "September Swing" on Sunday evening,
September 8, 1963, and that the pertinent costs of opening the building, stage,
sound system, and lighting along with the necessary help be paid by the City
of Saint Paul and set up in the Bureau of Stadia Revolving Fund 1024; and
that in the event of the infeasibility of the use of said Municipal Stadium
therefor on said evening because of wind, rain, or other elemental causes,
then the Association and Department be permitted to present the concert in
the Theatre section of the Municipal Auditorium, the cost of opening same to
be sett„ up in the Auditorium Fund 1021.
