RESOLVED, that the proper City officers m,Ay be and hereby are
authorized to sign that particular agreement between the City of Saint
Paul and Bertram Getsug, Sol Garelick, and Herbert J. Garelick, doing business
as Park Edge Apartments, by the terms of which agreement the City of Saint
Paul with its City forces shall construct and grade a cul -de -sac on the
easterly extension of Cook Avenue near the intersection of said Cook Avenue
extended easterly to the right -of -way of the Northern Pacific Railway,
and whereby the aforesaid individuals doing business as Park Edge Apartments
shall pay for said improvement by means.,of assessments against said property,
and further wherein the aforesaid individuals doing business as Park Edge
Apartments shall, by said agreement, grant unto the City of Saint Paul a
perpetual easement to drain surface waters accumulating upon the aforesaid
cul -de -sac over and upon the property of said individuals doing business as
Park Edge Apartments;.which said property lies south of the north line of
Cook Avenue.
