UNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, by the Council of the C ity of Saint Paul,
pursuant to the report and recommendation of the Commissioner of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, in the premises, that the
requirements of that certain Public Swimming Pool License Agreement
by and between the City of Saint Paul, as licensor, and Public Pools, Inc.,
as licensee, dated April 26, 1962, and authorized by the prior resolution
of this Council, Council File No. 206942, approved April 26, 1962,
and amended by resolution of this Council, C. F. No. 207891, approved
June 29, 1962, hereby are authorized to be further amended so as to reduce
the penal sum of the required purety performance bond to the amount of
$1,000; and that the proper City officers hereby are authorized and
directed to execute a rider to said Agreement as heretofore amended,
accordingly
further amending the same.
