COMMISSIONER-

WHEREAS, Group Health Mutual, Inc., a Minnesota insurance
corporation, occupies and owns property adjacent to Lots 23 and 24,
Block 8, St. Anthony Park North, within the City of Saint Paul and
desires now to incorporate said lots into an existing parking lot;,and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul presently owns the aforesaid
lots and has within said lots an underground sewer pumping station and h
has no other immediate use for said property; be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers and the proper officers
of Group Health Mutual, Inc., execute a lease of the usable portions of
Lots 23 and 24, Block 8, St. Anthony Park North, for a term of two years
with an automatic renewal of said lease from year to year thereafter
unless terminated sooner, use of the property so leased being for a
parking lot, reserving to the City the right of ingress and egress for
the purposes of maintaining and repairing the aforesaid pumping station
and its appurtenant connections and requiring said Company to -.save the
City harmless from any and all damages and liabilities, including any
and all damages to the aforesaid pumping station that may be caused by
the operation and use of the aforesaid lots by Group Health Mutual, Inc.;
and be it
FURTHER - RESOLVED that the terms of the
