Opening, widening and extending the pr''6sed Short Line Road
from Lexington Parkway South to the northerly line of Lot 7, Block 2,
Dunlap Place Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey ,County, Minnesota,
by. condemning and taking the following described parcel of land:
All those parts of Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12,'all in Block 2,
Dunlap Place Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, and in part of the N. E. 4 of the N. E. u of Section 10,
'Township 28 N., Range 23 W. described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of said Lot 7, 100 feet
southwesterly from the southwesterly line of the Chicago, Mil -
waukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co, right -of -way line
measured on a radial line; thence easterly-on the north line of
said Lot 7 to the point of intersection with the said right -of-
way line; thence southeasterly on the said right -of -way line to
.the point of intersection with the west line of Lexington Parkway
South; thence southerly on the said west line to a point that is
130 feet southwesterly, measured on a radial line, from the said
right -of -way line; thence northwesterly on a line 130 feet from

feet southeasterly , from the point of beginning of the tract,
