COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
.WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to change, modify and amend
certain portions of the plans and specifications heretofore approved for
the proposed construction of the Lexington Parkway Bridge over the Short
Line Road, as approved August 22, 1963 by Council Resolution C.F. No. 214+23;
now, therefore, upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Public Works,
be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named improve-
ment, as approved by the Council, be and the same are hereby changed, modified
and amended in accordance with Addendum No. 1, which is attached to and made
a part of this Resolution and of the aforementioned plans and specifications,
and that further, all interested parties be notified of this Addendum.

an Dating Sheet 13 of 21 sheets, Druuw 130, odd the following:
1. Yield connections on all skewed diapbragms sh9L11 be made with
high strength structural steel bolts per M.H.D. 3391.
2* All connections, over the Mure Short Line Road or the Railroad,
which utilizes high strength structural, steel bolts, shall be
assembled using lock nuts in addition to the standard nuts. The
lock nuts shall be the M.ec% = -Fogg Look Nut Comlany's "Look Nut
No,b 1" or approved equivalent.
Refer to sheet 14 of 21, mks changes as follows:
1. Total number of shear conmetors on interior beams (B4) should be
4 x 7160 ` 301W instead of 4 x 81x4 = 3376.
2. Total: number of shear connectors on curb beams (B4) should be
2 s 573 : U46 instead of 2 x 636 z 1272.
