RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to Electrical Construction of
a Garage Building and for supplying power and making connections to a paint
spray booth supplied by othere complete with exhaust fan and lights at the City
Water Department Yard, 289 North Hemline Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota to
KEHNE ELECTRIC COMPANY., INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9438 of said Kehne Electric Company,
Inc. for the contract price of $8,056.00, such bid being the lowest and said
Kehne Electric Company, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
