RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby concurs in
the recommendation of the Commisssioner of Parks and Recreation and Public

Buildings to lease the privilege of operating a candy floss concession at Como
Park to Anton R. Ternes, 1717 Pleasant .Ma, St. Paul, Minnesota, for a
period of five (5) years, beginning with the 1963 park season; said Anton R.
Ternes to pay for the candy floss concession the sum of $1200. 00 (Twelve Hundred
Dollars) per season, payable $400. 00 on June 15, $400. 00 on July 15, and $400. 00
on August 15 of each year, and to provide a public liability policy covering said
concession,' which policy shall be approved by the Corporation Counsel and
deposited with the Comptroller, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized
and directed to draw the proper lease therefor, and when drawn the proper City
officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
