RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Department
of Public Works, Bureau, of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale •Street , Saint Paul,
Minnesota, One Napco 44PG 1000 1+ wheel drive Industrial Tractor with Napco hydraulic
front end loader and Ware back -hoe to MINNESOTA MACHINERY, INC. in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the FormaltBid #9166 of said
Minnesota Machinery, Inc., at a net amount of $13,312-00 (Including trade -i4,L- - -- -•-
al.- owance on One 1948 Mpls- Moline tractor with Lull Shoveloader and Ottawa Backhoe)
such bid being the lowest meeting specifications and said Minnesota Machinery, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
