RESOLVED: That Restaurant License Noe 9095, expiring November 2, 1963, issued to
David Griffith at 646 Selby Avenue, be and the same is hereby revoked
upon recommendation of the Bureau of Police because of the arrest of
Sylvester C. Neal at this place of business on the charges of Sale of
Liquor without a license, Consumption of Liquor in an unlicensed
restaurant and Carrying Concealed Weapons, being sent to court thereon,
pleading guilty thereto and sentenced to the Workhouse.
