PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to pay to Middle West Service Company of Chicago the sum of
$2,266.63, representing payment on account to said Company for services
rendered in connection with the bus rate hearing before the Railroad and Ware-
house Commission, such payment to cover services rendered by said Company
to the City of Saint Paul as outlined in the letter dated February 28, 19639
from the Middle West Service CQnpany to the City of Saint Paul, attention
Bernard T. Holland, Commissioner of Public Utilities; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said amount shall be paid out of Public
Utilities Fund 21 -C -3.
