Street St. Paul, Minnesota Dear Mr. Mortinson: I have completed my duties at Midway Stadium for the 1962 nle Season. I would like to enlarge and perfect my operation at Midway Stadium for the coming years. Would your department entertain a thought of giving me a five year lease for Midway Stadium? I would accept said lease with provision that if building were rented for an annual period or if it were converted to some other use the lease would be void. In general terms, I would like lease for marketing of trees if the premesis could be used for such. A surety bond and insurance certificates would be furnished as per past requests. I will await your reply. JWM :mjh VL -S With kindest regards, JOHN W. MITCHELL, JR. By: 12Vav -a " / A SAFECOOLIFECOoOENERAL INSURANCE Home office I Seattle, Washington JOHN W.
