RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer in Taylor Avenue
from Prior Avenue to Fairview Avenue to F. MORETTINI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #9167 of said F. Morettini Construction Company for the contract price
of $17 975.00 (plus Engineering $1,797.50 and plus Inspection $359.50 by City
Forces such bid being the lowest and said F. Morettini Construction Company being .
a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and'the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to exedute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
