COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby takes cognizance of the pendency of proposed
legislation for enactment by the Minnesota Legislature
relating to the justice court in the sixth ward of the
city of Saint Paul, requiring the Justice of the Peace
to be learned in the law, said legislation being embodied
in House File No. 889; and

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul hereby requests the legislature to enact and
adopt such legislation and respectfully requests the
members of the Ramsey County Del egations to support
enactment into law of the provisions of the aforesaid
House File No. 889.
