PAUL Resolution Ratifying Assessment In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for improving Territorial Road from Raymond Avenue to Hampden Avenue by regrading and paving with 8" one course concrete pavement; grading and paving street and driveway returns; constructing new concrete curb where necessary; constructing sewer, water and gas service connections from street mains to property lines where necessary; reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on the- intersecti4g streets where not in conformity with said improvement; constructing storm water facilities; constructing conduits and appur- tenances for future lighting and traffic control systems and doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement 191065 Intermediary Order.....19?069_.....__.
