Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
cbangimg the grade of the alley in Block 14, Lewis' 2nd Addition, from Milford Avenue
to Wayzata Avenue to conform to the grade as shorn on the profile on file in the
Department of Public Works; also grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Block 14, Lewis' 2nd Addition, from Milford Avenue to Wayzata Avenue to
the proposed change of grade
under Preliminary Order 199954 , approved December 6, 1960

Intermediary Order 2011+41 approved April 1+, 1961
Final Order 201893 , approved May 2, 1961
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and' found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it N
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 17th
day of April, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
