RESOLVED, that Gerald J. Bertin be paid the sum
of $3,937.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund in full settlement of his claim against
the City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of September 16, 1961, while in the employ of
the Department of Public Safety whereby he suffered a
temporary total disability until November 1, 1962 and
25 per cent permanent partial disability to his back;
that of said sum the amount of $855.00 is now due and
payable and that the remainder of said sum or $3,082.50
shall be payable at the rate of $45.00 per week, at in-
tervals of 4 weeks from and after March 14, 1963.
