RESOLVED, That Dominic Caliguire be paid the sum of
$371.25 out of the Water Department Fund in full settlement
of his claim agd.nst the Board of Water Commissioners of the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury
of June 3, ,1957, while in the employ of the Board of Water
Commissioners, whereby he suffered 15 per cent permanent
partial disability to his left fourth finger, and his injury
of August 14, 19619 whereby he suffered 15 per cent permanent
partial disability to his right second finger; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, That Resolution of the Council, Council
File No. 2095969 approved October 19, 1962, is superseded by
the provisions of this resolution, and no payment shall be
made under the provisions of said C. F. No, 209596,
