therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services
necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling and removal of
steps, walks, miscellaneous concrete and debris located at 478 Palace Avenue, described
as that part lying easterly of C. St. P. P.I. & 0. RR Co. right -of -Tray of Lots 15 and 16,
Block 28, Sub - division of Blocks 28 and 29 in Stinson, Brown and Ramsey Addition,,
St. Paul, Minnesota. to A. KAMISH COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #4972 of said A. Kamish Company,
City to pay contractor $265.00, such bid being the lowest and said A. Kamish Co.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper. City
officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
