to the Legislature of the State of Minnesota, that it pass legislation
providing for payment of State aid to education as computed according
to the formula contained in Minnesota Statutes 1961, Section.124.17 02)
from the average daily attendance in all public and private schools
in the affected district; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council urges the Ramsey County Senate
and House delegations to seek and support passage of such legislation.

RELATING TO SPECIAL STATE AID FOR SCHOOLS '
AND THE COMPUTATION THEREOF; AMENDING '
MINNESOTA STATUTES' 19619 SECTION 124.21; ' _f

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA $
Section 19 Minnesota Statutes 1961, Section 124.21,
Subdivision 2, is amended to reads
Subd. 2. The maximum amount of foundation program aid, `
