OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY t /J( COMMISSIONER v ' DATE WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from March 1 to 15, 1963, which rendered necessary the employ- ment of certain employees of the Department of Parks & Recreation & Public Buildings for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: Running blueprints for new Arts Center in the Architect's office. AND WH=AS, This emergency arose by reason of the fol- lowing facts and circumstances: Rush job. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with the provi- sions of the Council's salary ordinance, Ordinance No. 6446.
