PAUL COUNCIL NO. - _ OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK I COUNCIL RESOL TION— GENERAL FORM PRESENTED COMMISSIONER FRANK L L r GY�j DATE RESOLVED, That the Plans and Specifications for Civic Education Building at Tenth and Cedar Streets, Saint Paul, Minne- sota, as submitted herewith, prepared by the City Architect'Under the direction of the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings, be and the same are hereby approved, the same being satisfactory to the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, And Civic Buildings, and the Purchasing Agent is hereby author- ized to advertise for bids thereon in the manner provided in and by the Charter. A Fifty Dollar deposit will be required for each set of plans and specifications issued to prospective bidders - such deposit to be refunded if the plans and specifications are returned to the office of the City Architect in good condition within fifteen days after receipt of bids.
