COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM --
March 6, 1963
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the purchase and removal of
the sheds at the City Public Market, located at 550 Jackson Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to N. H. SANDBERG ERECTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9151 of said N. H.
Sandberg Erection Company, Bidder to pay City of Saint Paul $2,100.00, such bid
being the highest and said N. H. Sandberg Erection Company being a reliable and
reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
