RESOLVED, that the proper City officials may be and
hereby are authorized to execute appropriate agreements
authorizing and permitting certain residents and non-
residents of this City to deposit, at the Sanitary Land -
Fill Area located at Pigs Eye Lake, refuse collected at
specified locations outside the limits of said City,
which said locations shall be listed with the Bureau of
Sanitation, said authorized permits being conditioned
on the following:
(1) 'Payment in two equal installments, of the
,sum of J300.00 by said permittee to said City;
(2) Execution of an appropriate agreement between
said permittee and said City, the form of
which shall be approved by the Corporation
Counsel and assistants;
