and Fixing Time of Dearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of
benefits, cost and expenses
for
grading, graveling and oiling the roadway of Litchfield Street from Park Street to
- Sylvan Street
under Preliminary Order. 197497 , approved dune 8, 1960
Intermediary Order 197883 , approved duly 5, 1960
Final Order 198272 ,approved August 2, 1960 .
The assessment of benefits; cost and exvenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
l and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 10th

day of April, 1963 , at the hour of 10 dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
