BE IT RESOLVED that, upon the petition of Bill Sharbono for Pazkway Little League, as
documented in Public Works Technical Services, Vacation File Number 09-2007, the public
property hereinafter described, as follows and on attached map Eghibit A, is hereby vacated of
its interest as street right-of-way:
Those parts of Conway Street as dedicated in Rifle Park Addition, St. Paul,
Minnesota and as dedicated in H.F. Schwabe's Addition to St. Paul,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plats thereof, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, which lie westerly of the northerly extension of the east line of
Lot 19, Block 8, said H.F. Schwabe's Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota and
which lie easterly of a line drawn from the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block
1, said H.F. Schwabe's Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota, to the southwest
corner of Lot 9, Block 2, said Rifle Park Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota.
Together with:
That part of Frank Street, also known as Hester Street, as dedicated in said
H.F. Sehwabe's Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota, which lies northerly of a
line drawn from the southwest corner of Lot 21, Block 8 said H. F.
Schwabe's Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota to the southeast corner of Lot 1,

RESOLVED that, subject to the herein stated exceptions and with the accompanying Certificates
of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily on behalf o£ District Energy/District Cooling St. Paul,
a private, non-pro£t Minnesota corporation; Saint Paul Regional Water Services, a
municipal corporation; Northern States Power Company dba Xcel Energy (Gas Division),
a Minnesota corporation; Qwest, a Colorado corporation; Comcast, a Pennsylvania
corporafion;'City of Saint Paul, a municipality, Public Works Department; made a part
hereof by this reference and filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City, for itself
and on behalf of these corporations and departments, waives the right to the alley right-of-way
and utility easements in the area to be vacated, described above and subject to the following,
including:

This vacation shall be subject to the terms and condition of Chapter 130, codified March 1, 1981,
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code as amended, and to the following conditions:
That the petitioners, their successors and assigns shall pay $600.00 as an administrative
fee for this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the effective date of this
resolution.
2. That the petitioners, their successors and assigns shall, within 60 days of the effective date
of this resolution, file with Public Works, City Real Estate, an acceptance in writing of the
conditions of this resolution and shall comply in a11 respects with these terms and
conditions.

RE: Public Works Vacation File No. 9-2007 (Vacate Unimproved Streets)
I recommend a public hearing before the City Council be held on November 21.
2007 to consider the petition of Parkway Little League.
This petition is to vacate street rights in a portion of Frank Street and Conway Street
that is currently used by Parkway Little League.
The purpose of this vacation is to allow the petitioner to reconfigure existing
property. There is no building proposed within the vacated area.
This property is located in City Council Ward 7, Planning District 4.
